If a film went wrong, send its address as well. It looks like whyzit.com/f/ followed by a long code.

A film that fails to render does not count against your films. If one counted against yours by mistake, write to us and we will put it back.

A film takes about a minute to make and starts playing after a few seconds. A film that never starts is worth writing to us about.

Plans are chosen and stopped on the settings screen inside Whyzit. See the plans page for what each one gives.

Whyzit can be connected to an assistant, which then makes films on your behalf. It uses the same account and the same films as the website.

The assistant asks you to sign in to Whyzit once and then holds a token. You can take that access away at any time from the assistant's own settings.
